| Green Bay Closing |
Effective May 22, 2008 we will no longer receive or process merchandise at the Green Bay, Wisconsin Distribution Center. As such we have realigned stores between all Distribution Centers. These changes will be applicable to any purchase order or shipment, which is shipping on or after May 17, 2008.
Vendors are not to initiate any changes prior to the dates indicated. The last day that you can ship to the Green Bay Distribution Center or under the old Store / Distribution Center alignment will be May 16, 2008. Please note the following timetable:
NEW DC/ STORE CROSS REFERENCE / ALIGNMENT WILL BE PUBLISHED BY MARCH 31, 2008
LAST DAY A VENDOR CAN WEB TENDER A LOAD TO GREEN BAY MAY 14, 2008
GREEN BAY DEACTIVATED FROM WEB PORTAL (END OF DAY) MAY 15, 2008
LAST DAY FREIGHT CONSIGNED TO GREEN BAY WILL BE PICKED UP MAY 16, 2008
LAST RELEASE FROM CONSOLIDATORS MAY 19, 2008
SHIPMENTS MUST BEGIN TO SHIP UNDER NEW STORE / DC ALIGNMENT STARTING MAY 17, 2008
LAST DAY FOR CARRIERS TO DELIVER TO GREEN BAY MAY 21, 2008
LAST DAY THAT GREEN BAY WILL RECEIVE FREIGHT MAY 21, 2008
GREEN BAY CLOSES JUNE 1, 2008
